Creative Careers Day
Inspire your students to see the possibilities of a career in the creative industries in this special event hosted at The Hepworth Wakefield in partnership with the University of Leeds.
Students will have the opportunity to meet professionals working in the creative industries, take part in workshops and learn about the variety of careers available in the arts.
The day consists of hands on workshops delivered by practising artists and staff/student ambassadors from the University of Leeds. There will be a focus on developing the skills needed for a career in the creative industries. In the afternoon, students will take part in a carousel event, speaking with professionals from across the industry. There will be the opportunity to find out more about their roles, the skills they need to be successful, and what they love about their job.
