'Because I Study a Language...' resource

This set of fun and inspiring resources is for use in schools, designed to encourage students to think about the experiences and opportunities linked to language learning.

We asked undergraduates from the University of Leeds, the University of Sheffield and York St John University to tell us about an experience of theirs, made possible by studying a language. We have brought together some of the best responses in a slideshow which aims to provoke students to think: “What if I studied a language”.

We have also created several inspirational posters featuring our case studies for you to download.
